A Guy Is Busted Throwing Concrete Blocks at Police Cars . . . Again?
A guy in Oklahoma City was busted on Tuesday for throwing a concrete block through the window of a police car. And it turns out this is the THIRD time he’s been arrested for doing that.
According to reports every time he has done this he has peacefully surrendered and tells officers he doesn’t know why he smashes the window.
