A Drunk Driver Backs Into Another Car, Then Drags It Down the Street

A drunk guy in Maine backed his truck into a parked car outside a bar on Saturday.  And he didn't realize his trailer hitch got lodged in its bumper.

  Then cops pulled him over nearby while he was still towing the other car.
