What would it sound like if Blink-182 sang Dr. Seuss books? Thankfully, we won’t have to wonder for very long. One guy on the internet showed us exactly what it would sound like–and it’s pretty catchy.
Impersonating Tom’s voice from Blink-182 has become a popular thing to do. Personally, I can’t talk about Spiders without imitating Tom’s voice in “I Miss You.” However, this guy has taken things to the next level by imitating Blink-182 while reading Dr. Seuss. Turns out, it sounds pretty awesome. Just like you’d expect.
What Would It Sound Like If Blink-182 Sang Dr. Seuss Books?
You probably wouldn’t think Blink-182 and Dr. Seuss would go together so well, but it does! Blink’s “All The Small Things” mashes up perfectly with Dr. Seuss’ “One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish.” Even as I’m typing that I can already hear it and it’s in my head. After you see the video below, it’ll be stuck in your head, as well.
This is exactly what we needed. More stuff to imitate Tom DeLong over. Sure, anything is fun to sing in that voice. However, this is taking off online and you soon won’t be able to think about or read any Dr. Seuss without putting it in Tom’s voice from Blink-182.
Ron Delancey is the guy behind the viral video. I think he nails it. While many of us like to imitate Blink-182, very few of us end up going viral for it. Ron is one of the lucky few. However, it’s definitely earned. Check out the video below and see for yourself! Remember this moment because your life will never be the same. You’ll now think of this anytime you see or read a Dr. Seuss book.
If Blink-182 Sang Dr. Seuss Books
What’s your favorite song to sing in that Blink-182 voice? I’m still going with “I Miss You.”

Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
