Reese's Peanut Butter Cups has a famous motto, "there's no wrong way to eat a Reese's." It's true. Well, it's also true that there's no wrong way to shower. Turns out, everyone does it differently. Which way do you face in the shower?

A woman on TikTok is now going viral for wondering if she showers in a normal fashion. Now, we're all left wondering if there's actually a right or wrong way to shower. Or, is showering like eating a Reese's?

Which Way Do You Face In The Shower?

The TikToker, who goes by the username alittlebitlovey, started the debate online. It all began when she learned that her mom faces the showerhead when she's in the shower. However, she does the opposite. She says she showers with her back to the water. So, what is normal?

She thinks it's weird to face the shower because it's just hitting your face. She's shocked that her mother does it differently than she did. She says she likes the showerhead behind her so it runs down her back and gets her hair.

Where I disagree with her is when she says there are two ways to shower. You either face the showerhead or face away from it. I think there are many more ways to shower. They just maybe aren't as common. Now, you also have waterfall showerheads and more. There's no wrong way to do it, I feel like.

This got me thinking. I have no idea what I do in the shower...and I do it every week! No, no only a joke. I shower at least once a day. However, I never think about what I'm doing in there. I feel like I start facing the showerhead, but will turn and move around freely.

Personally, I'm glad she found out about how her mother showers by them having a conversation. Finding out by walking in on her would be a much more traumatic experience.

Where do you fall in this debate? Do you look at the showerhead? Look away from the showerhead? Shower ON your head? Check out the viral TikTok video below!

Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
