Fort Myers Police Captain Jay Rodriguez has been arrested and charged with prostitution and perjury.
Video of Rodriguez showing him working in a sting operation, showed sex acts between the Captain and a suspected prostitute. That video came from an officer that that had been fired by Rodriguez.
