Late For Airport? Steal a Pepsi Truck
Oklahoma cops say Steven Hart stole a Pepsi truck as the driver was unloading soda in the back. The driver jumped out of the back when he felt his rig move, causing a trail of soda to spill out as the truck took off. Cops actually caught up to the truck stopped in traffic; Steven jumped out and tried to run. He was arrested as the rig rolled into the back of a school bus. No kids onboard.
Steven says he was just trying to get to the airport after an argument with his girlfriend. The girlfriend says he was ‘searching’ for her.
Steven is being held on charges of larceny and attempted escape from the county jail, cuz while he was being booked, he tried to escape again. He just really needed to get to the airport. Can’t a guy get a break? Uber? Lyft?
