USA Today, 10Best put together a list of the ten best escape rooms in the nation. They had a group of experts put forward the nominees. Then, their editors narrowed it down to the final ones. From there, readers got to have their say and vote on the ultimate winners.
3 Florida Escape Rooms Named Best in Nation
Florida features three escape rooms in their list of top picks. Securing the second position is The Bureau in Orlando, praised for offering an escape room experience that is “different from the average escape rooms” by one of USA Today’s experts. The ranking specifically commended The Bureau for its wide array of themes. According to The Bureau’s website, each mission has different challenges and difficulty levels, requiring creative thinking for success.
Coming in at number seven is Kissimmee’s Dare 2 Escape, which is commended for its immersive qualities and recognized as one of the most engaging escape room experiences available. Additionally, Dare 2 Escape’s The Seventh Room Escape Game is acknowledged as one of the scariest escape rooms in America. According to the escape room’s website, it all started with four friends who met each other at Universal Studios’ “Halloween Horror Nights” and had a vision to open an escape room.
Rounding out the top ten is Lockbox Escape Room in Davie, designed for groups of up to ten participants. This facility offers five different themed rooms to challenge your problem-solving skills, from pursuing assassins to time-traveling and rescuing missing children. This escape is unique because it offers both in-person and online escape room options, according to their website.

America doesn’t lack for having the best amusement parks. Whether you’re a daredevil and want to ride the tallest, scariest roller coasters in the world or prefer just eating park food, a day at the park can be a super fun experience.
One great thing about theme parks is that you can usually find one within driving distance. This makes amusement parks a reasonable choice for a family vacation or weekend giveaway, especially if money is an issue. Amusement parks are also great for capturing memories for kids. When I was a child, my family took me to several parks in Michigan, California, Ohio and Florida, so I have great memories from those trips.
The best theme parks also have convenient lodging nearby, making the trip truly seamless. That’s not to mention the awesome water parks that are often attached to today’s theme parks. Also, even though theme parks are meant for kids, it’s obvious that adults can have just as much fun at them, too.
