We wonder if this extends to other aspects of life? Would we do a better show if no one was wearing pants? A new poll found people who go to bed in the BUFF tend to sleep better than people who wear clothes.
53% of people who sleep naked say they usually get "high-quality" sleep, compared to 27% who wear PJs. And how hot your bedroom is might matter too. 46% of people who like it warm said they usually feel well-rested, compared to 23% who like it cold.
According to the poll, the top things that keep us up at night are worrying about personal stuff being too hot and general insomnia.
