Moped catches on fire while being ridden

Some poor moped owner felt some heat cruising the streets of the Philippines when his moped caught on fire!

Looks like a traffic or security cam of some sort captured the moment a moped rider hopped off the vehicle and tried to put out a small fire underneath the seat.   It eventually erupts into rather large flames and luckily someone with a fire extinguisher runs out handles the situation.
