Douche of the Day: Caught on tape wrecking a $750,000 supercar racing around NYC
33 year old Benjamin Chen was racing his $750,000 Porsche Mirage GT supercar in New York City on Tuesday, when he lost control and wrecked the car. And the entire crash was caught on film!
This isn’t Chen’s first brush with the law. According to the Daily Mail, “Chen founded the Gold Rush Rally, an annual multi-state race for supercar owners. The event is know for having major accidents including when Chen himself destroyed a $230,000 McLaren 12C Spider in 2013. He flew off the road ‘at a high rate of speed’ but walked away with nothing but a ticket.”

Chen was charged with reckless driving and driving under the influence of drugs.
