WATCH: Stone Sour’s Johny Chow Proposes to Girlfriend on Stage

Perhaps a recent fan proposal provided inspiration, but some serious congrats are in order for Stone Sour bassist Johny Chow, who proposed to his girlfriend, Christi Allen, last night (July 25) during the band’s show in Toronto. 

(SPOILER:  She said “yes?”  Oh…how horribly awkward would it have been if she said “no.”)

Here’s another video shot by YouTuber ThePencil234.  Appropriately, Stone Sour launched into “Song #3” after the proposal.  It makes us wonder:  Is it weird for a couple’s first dance to be a song by the band the groom’s in?  Is that too vain?  We’re sincerely torn, because “Song #3” is one of the best love songs we’ve heard in a long time.
