Queen + Adam Lambert is touring North America this fall. Also, with the announcement of new tour dates, the band announced efforts to curb ticket scalpers from taking advantage of fans.

Queen + Adam Lambert are hitting 14 cities beginning on October 4 in Baltimore and wrapping on November 11 in Los Angeles. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, March 31 at 10 AM local time at LiveNation.com. A full list of tour dates is below.

With the current state of the concert ticket/touring industry being a hot topic, the band is taking steps to protect their fans and prevent excessive scalping. In the announcement for the tour, Queen + Adam Lambert say they are working with venues to restrict the resale of tickets. The only way to potentially resell tickets will be "between fans at the original price."

Additionally, the band notes, "Fans will still have protection against unforeseen circumstances. Those who purchase tickets and are no longer able to attend their show will be able to sell their tickets at the price they paid using a face value ticket exchange, including the Ticketmaster Face Value Exchange - which is free to use for buyers and sellers."

Complete ticket details can be found at QueenOnline.com.
