Hailey Bieber, the wife of Justin Bieber, is none too pleased with Maynard James Keenan's #bummer tweet response to her husband's fandom of Tool.

ICYMI: Last week, the Biebs shared lyrics to Tool's "The Pot" on his Instagram stories from the band's last album, 2006's 10,000 Days, and asked followers if they knew which song he was quoting without having to look it up.

News of Bieber liking Tool eventually made its way to Keenan, who simply responded with "#bummer."

This didn't sit well with Mrs. Bieber who responded on Twitter to Keenan with, "He expressed he was a fan of your music. Grew up listening to your music. You must be unhappy with yourself that you want to make people feel small who express their admiration for you. Very childish and hurtful thing to do. I hope u find security within yourself. Sad place to be."

While this eye-roll-inducing Tweet didn't receive a direct response from Keenan, he did Tweet out today (July 16) without caption the video to Tool's "Hush," a song whose lyrics open with, "F--- you/I can't say what I want to/Even if I'm not serious."

Long story short: Anyone who called the next potential rock feud to be Maynard James Keenan v. Justin and Hailey Bieber is clearly clairvoyant, because this has seemingly come way out of left field.
