While it’s important to circulate information about services like the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, it’s equally, if not more, important to know of warning signs like feeling hopeless, like a burden to others; depression/anxiety; lack of interest/withdrawing; easily angered or agitated; and increased drinking or substance use. Those who are suffering won’t always reach out for help. Educate yourself so you’re able to help others in need.
