This time, it's a Florida man who reportedly died in a dough mixer accident. The incident happened at South Florida Kosher Market, per Independent. Darksided: Florida Man Dies In Tragic Dough Mixer Accident

According to CBS News, the Florida man has been identified as 71-year-old Mordehay Grunberger. Grunberger may have worked at the market as a pastry chef, per The New York Post.
