Was a Wisconsin drunk driver actually busted for driving while 21 times the legal limit? Yes, but there is a slight catch to the story.

Can you imagine being 21 times over the legal limit of alcohol in your system? Not just double--21 times over! That's a lot of drinking. It happened to this Wisconsin drunk driver who had a previous DUI so his legal limit was technically .02 (not the normal .08) and his blood alcohol was 0.427. That's incredibly dangerous and nearly 21 times the legal limit!

According to We Are Green Bay, the 41-year-old Wisconsin drunk driver was arrested for his 2nd OWI offense this week after he took a breath test and was determined to be 21 times the legal limit.

Other drivers reported a driver swerving on US Highway 10 and varying their speeds and almost hitting a guardrail. He was eventually pulled over and deputies could smell a strong odor of alcohol and observed other signs of intoxication, per We Are Green Bay.

We Are Green Bay reports that he was taken to the hospital for medical care and was arrested on charges including: operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, failure to install an ignition interlock device, and operating after revocation.

Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
