A truck was stolen in Canada with $35k worth of salsa inside! Trucks carrying tortilla chips might be next!

Who needs that much salsa? Seriously, think about how much $35k worth of salsa must be! If I was a truck driver carrying tortilla chips I would definitely be on the look out the next couple of days. It happened in Essex County, Ontario, Canada. According to CTV News, a transport truck with a 53-foot enclosed trailer was stolen from a place in Tecumseh, Ontario and it was loaded with cases of salsa and dip estimated to cost around $35k. Law enforcement says the transport truck was later returned (damaged) and without the trailer.

A second transport truck without a trailer was stolen later that night. CTV News says the stolen trailer and cargo remain missing. Investigators say a Jeep Rubicon was seen in the area and it's believed it could be involved in the thefts.
