This Florida man seems to fit that description. According to WFTV, 33-year-old Patrick Carman was arrested after he reported to police saying multiple guns were stolen from his home, accusing his girlfriend of stealing them. WFTV says Carman admitted to making the guns with a 3D printer and he called it a "fun project." That's not going to help his case. Carman remains in custody and has been charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition as a felon.
