‘You Are Not My Father’: Chinese Man Learns Sons Aren’t His After Fight

A Chinese man learned he wasn't the father of his 2 sons after one of them attacked him. Learning on Maury would be a much better way!

It turns out, you don't have to be on Maury to find out that you are not the father. However, it is probably just as dramatic if not more so learning this way. A Chinese man learned he was not the father of his 2 sons after one of them attacked him about expenses and finances and yelled out, "you are not my father!," per SCMP. That statement caused him to become suspicious (as it would) and a DNA test confirmed that he was not the father. Ouch. Not only do you get attacked by one of your sons--but you find out they aren't your biological child at all? That hurts. The incident happened in the Shandong province in Eastern China.

According to SCMP, 45-year-old Jiang Hongtao took his ex-wife to court and demanded roughly $42k for child support and education fees. The pair married back in 2002 and their first son was born in 2004 with a second son coming in 2014, per SCMP. It sounds like his wife wasn't around a lot which led to their divorce. Sounds like her absence might be related to the kids not being his. That might explain things.

SCMP says all of his property went to his ex-wife leaving him with only a car. However, he was able to rebound and found love again and married her. That didn't stop his ex-wife and 2 sons showing up and demanding more property and money. This led to his oldest son, Jiang Runze, pushing him and choking him and even shouting out, "you are not my father!" That would hurt to hear. After investigating, he was able to determine that his oldest son, Jiang, was fathered by the village secretary and his second son was his cousin's child. The court has confirmed that neither son is his but the ruling hasn't been disclosed yet. SCMP reports that his cousin's wife has now sued his ex-wife and cousin for infidelity as well.

Even once they knew he wasn't their dad they still showed up and wanted money from him? Ouch. This story is now going viral worldwide and it's easy to see why! Lots of drama!
