A Russian influencer broke her spine attempting the viral Nicki Minaj stiletto challenge. It's not for everybody!

Just because there's a viral challenge, doesn't mean you have to try it! It can be dangerous! This Russian influencer who had just given birth weeks prior gave it a shot and it did not go the way she had planned. What is the Nicki Minaj stiletto challenge? Basically, it's based on a pose that rapper Nicki Minaj does in her music video for "High School." She balances on her high heels by a pool and now other people online are trying to balance themselves in stilettos and it doesn't always end gracefully. Russian influencer Mariana Vasiuc gave it a shot and it went so poorly that she's now going viral for her attempt. Check it out below.

Vasiuc shared the video on her Instagram page showing her trying to balance on top of a tub of baby formula stacked on top of a sauce pan while wearing high heels. Yeah, that sounds like it would be difficult to do...and apparently it was.

She quickly loses her balance and falls off the counter where she says she sustained a compression flexion fracture. According to People, the video is captioned, "Irony? Karma? Or just life, which always tests our strength at the most unexpected moment."

Maybe think twice before trying the Nicki Minaj Stiletto Challenge or make sure you have pillows on the ground beneath you or something to break your fall because chances are...you're going to come crashing down. You're no Nicki!

That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
