A Gen Z'er used an Eggs and Toast filter during a job interview. She said she did it because she wasn't feeling well.
Does that make it okay? I feel like one of the benefits of a virtual job interview, compared to an in-person interview, is that you can do it while not feeling your best. You didn't have to leave the house or get into your car. You really don't have to feel your best, you just have to pull it together for a few minutes to show why you're the right person for the job. Unfortunately, sometimes you don't feel like your best so you have to alter your plan. If you don't want to show your face because you're sick you can always just use an Eggs and Toast filter during your virtual job interview like she did! Check out the unique video below.

There's no way you can show up to a job interview and get the job looking like that! Even if you have an incredible resume and nail the interview questions--you can't hire the person who used an eggs and toast filter during their virtual job interview! You just can't do it! At least not if you want the job.
This would be a funny thing to do if you're interviewing for a job you truly have zero interest in. It would be a great story for you and for the person conducting the interview as well. You'd be able to share that story for years to come. It would probably be nice to not have another dull interview that's just like the others. You have to imagine if you're hiring and you interview 10 people probably 6 of them are going to be cliche and go the exact same way, right?
