Rubber Match: Ongoing Battle Between Two Adult Toy Companies

Two adult toy companies have a serious beef developing. One company is accusing another of bootlegging their unique products!

It's the latest example of a beef between East Coast and West Coast. An adult toy company in Arizona is now suing an adult toy company in New York for allegedly making knock-offs of their unique products that mimic the anatomy of creatures like dragons and other fictional characters. Here's the story.

According to The Smoking Gun, Bad Dragon Enterprises in Arizona is suing SinSaint (based in New York) saying that their sculptural products have been illegally copied. The lawsuit alleges the defendant has infringed on copyrights for adult toys such as "Spritz the Seadragon" and "Tyson the Water Buffalo," per The Smoking Gun.

The lawsuit identified 13 separate toys that Bad Dragon says have been copied and renamed by SinSaint. They are definitely some unique products that feature things like scales, tentacles, suction cups, and other design elements to look like fictional creatures, per The Smoking Gun.

Hey, whatever you're into there's an adult toy for you. Maybe even two for you if it's true that this company is ripping off the other. Bad Dragon is seeking an order to make SinSaint stop from any further alleged copyright infringement and is seeking "disgorgement of all of Defendant's profits" related to the toys in question, according to The Smoking Gun.

There appears to be a similarity between the products. Personally, they aren't for me. Not my style. I feel like it should be easy for companies to create original ideas, so it makes no sense why you'd choose to blatantly rip off another company, if that's what's happening or has happened. There's unlimited possibilities, use your imagination and fantasy! Don't steal someone else's!
