Man Sues Doctor After Botched Penis Enlargement Surgery

Things don't always go as planned. Sometimes, they go backwards. For instance, a man is now suing his doctor after his botched penis enlargement surgery left him nearly half an inch shorter.

Ilter Turkmen sought a larger member. Well, that didn't happen. He left with more than he came in with. Now, he's seeking legal action for this mistake.

According to Daily Mail, Turkmen, of Turkey, is a wealthy banker. Daily Mail says he sought the services of one Dr. Haluk Soylemez in an effort to increase his penis size, which was currently measuring roughly 4.7 inches.

Turkmen says that the doctor told him he would see a minimum increase of 1.1 inches in length and an additional 1.1 inches in girth, per Daily Mail. However, after the surgery that was reportedly performed in January of 2022, he was left with a smaller--and scarred--dangling participle. Now, Turkmen claims that he was left short-handed, if you will, after the surgery and was reduced to 4.3 inches, per Daily Mail. That's almost half an inch gone! What is this, a hair cut?

According to Daily Mail, Turkmen is now seeking 500,000 lira (which translates to roughly $17,000) for the botched penis enlargement surgery. Reports say he was unable to walk for a month after the surgery and was in excruciating pain.

However, according to Daily Mail, the doctor is not taking responsibility. Per Daily Mail, he asserted in court, "There is no fault in the procedure I performed." His legal team is essentially saying with it's a risk that comes along with that sort of procedure. According to Daily Mail, Dr. Soylemez denies making any claims about length or girth and disputed the size of Turkmen's decrease post-surgery.
