A landlord in Minnesota is facing some pretty serious charges after being accused of setting a building on fire.

According to reports, 37-year-old, Travis Lee Carlson deliberately set his apartment on fire last Thursday. When first responders arrived the 33-year-old Billy Joel song “We Didn’t Start the Fire” could be heard.

One of the tenants reported hearing Carlson breaking glass and smashing things before telling them the building was on fire.

Investigators found tons of evidence that the fire was started in the apartment Carlson lived in.  They also found a bunch of wires pulled out of the electrical box in the basement of the building.

Carlson was tracked down a day later with recent burn injuries to his legs and arms. He could be facing 20 years in jail.
