Judge Caught Smoking In Bed In Undies During Zoom Hearing
Judge Vivian Polania is taking heat for showing up to hearing on Zoom in bed…in her underwear…sucking on a cigarette.
The hearing was to determine if a man, who was “being held in relation to a bomb terror attack,” should be granted bail. Now, ethics overseers are calling for Polania to be suspended for three months for not being dressed appropriately and professionally for the hearing.

As for the Judge, she says the 33-second video lacks context and she was only lying down and dressed like that because “she’d suffered an anxiety attack during the proceedings.”
