You Can Now Buy $1,200 Sneakers for Your Horse

A Kentucky artist is creating custom sneakers for HORSES!  At this point, they’re being handmade for each horse, so they’re NOT cheap.  Prices start at $1,200 per shoe, depending on the design.

Constructing each set of shoes takes as long as 17 hours. It starts with buying the actual sneakers, like a pair of Air Jordans. He then takes them apart, carefully deconstructing each piece then reassembling the sneaker on top of a pre-made protective boot for horses.

Customers hoping to outfit their horse with custom kicks can commission sneakers through the artist.  The whole object of this project was to bring awareness to the state of Kentucky.

Long time listeners of the show can probably recall the time when Chuck and Lisa were the only two with pets on the show.  But as the show has grown with new members so has the collection of pets of Dave and Chuck the Freak!

Here is a run down of the pets of each member of the show.  Some are traditional like cats and dogs…while others are a little out there.  ANTS!?! Really Chuck?!!
