Halloween Hits Florida Early
Floridians are celebrating Halloween earlier this year!
Have you noticed? About a week ago, the entire state of Florida said goodbye to summer and hello to two straight months of Halloween. True, it’s not even October yet, but that isn’t stopping Floridians from decorating their yards with cobwebs and skeletons while circulating pumpkin spice recipes on social media.
Perhaps it’s due to pandemic burnout or relentless summer heat, but things are absolutely changing. Stroll through Home Depot or Lowes and you’ll see everything from hay bales to animated yard ghouls. While some stores have skipped Halloween entirely and stuffed their shelves with Christmas items, most have thoroughly embraced the haunted holiday. Halloween is a big money-maker for retailers. Those skeleton dogs and creepy contraptions make lots of profit for stores that have had a hard couple of years.
The big news? Haunted houses will be back this year. The big amusement parks have announced that their Halloween attractions will be back in full haunted glory this year. Every larger city in Florida will feature huge attractions for adults and for children. Check your local listings for locations, prices and times they will be open. Happy Halloween!

Heidi Klum Does Halloween Soooo Well
Sean Roberts was conceived in the Corvette Assembly Plant in Bowling Green, Kentucky by two passionate, panel aligning, third shifters who had grown bored with the same ole same ole. Upon birth, he was placed in the trunk of a new Stingray and sent off to find his destiny.
That destiny included several stints on radio stations across the United States. Some played punk country gospel, while others focused on Croatian death metal played backwards.
After many years and many adventures, Sean wound up on The Shark, where he does shots of tequila while playing the most badass tunes ever created by humankind.
He remains humble, however, never forgetting about the lean years...the street corners and dark alleys where he played songs on his car stereo for food and sex.
He's on top and he's never gonna stop LIVING THE DREAM!
