There was an anonymous tip sent into a celebrity gossip that have NOT been confirmed. They claim that Prince William can't get the pegging treatment from his wife so he has a woman on the side for this.
Ever since the gossip site ran with the rumor, “Prince William Affair” and “Prince of Pegging” have been trending on Twitter.
