A Florida man stands accused of throwing a hotdog at a police officer duing a celebration in downtown St. Petersburg recently. The officer claims that the suspect pitched his meat at him after a brief altercation. Police in St. Petersburg say Jason Stell was selling hotdogs in downtown St. Pete during a closed-street event that allowed open food sales in the streets. The police report states that a hotdog salesman continued to sell his products long after a permit to sell food on the closed street had ended. After repeated warnings, they became a bit more forceful. One officer said that as he demanded the hotdog salesman to cease selling his meat, the man ignored him and kept selling. According to the report, the interaction became heated, resulting in the man throwing a hotdog in the direction of the police officer. Stoll, the hotdog salesman, was arrested and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer. The man was released on bond. Plice noted signs of alcohol influence in the report. Source: WOKV.com
Celebrity Look-A-Likes
There are over seven billion people alive on this Earth. So the possibility of a doppelgänger walking around looking exactly like you is highly probable. A doppelgänger is defined as a biologically unrelated look-alike, or a double, of a living person. In fiction and mythology, a doppelgänger is usually seen as a harbinger of bad luck or seen as an evil twin. Research has found that people who are "true" look-alikes have more similar genes than people who don't feature a resemblance to one another.
Doppelgängers In Media
Doppelgängers have made their way into modern literature, films, and television. Some of our favorite examples include the series finale of Twin Peaks. In the chilling scene, Special Agent Dale Cooper encounters a variety of doppelgängers in the Black Lodge, one of whom is a malevolent version of himself. His doppelganger switches places with him at the conclusion of the 1991 finale, trapping the original in the Black Lodge. In the show's sequel, Twin Peaks: The Return, three different doppelgängers are dispatched from the Black Lodge.
Christopher Nolan's 2006 psychological thriller, The Prestige, based on the 1995 novel of the same name by Christopher Priest, revolves around rival stage magicians in Victorian London. They feud over a perfect teleportation trick in which the performer appears to transport across the stage instantaneously. It is revealed that one of the illusionists has actually been using a doppelgänger to perform the trick -- his twin brother.
Another great use of doppelgängers appears in Stephen King's book, which was also made into a fantastic HBO series that was canceled way too soon: The Outsider. In it, the antagonist can use the DNA of individuals to become their near-perfect match through a science-fictional ability to transform physically. The allusion to it being a doppelgänger is made by the group trying to stop it from killing again.
Take these 17 celebrity pairs, for example: in Hollywood alone, there are plenty of celebrity lookalikes. You wouldn't believe they don't share the same genes. See what the stars have in common besides their physical traits as well as how they handle the comparisons below:

Every Guns N' Roses Song Ranked
Guns N' Roses is one of rock's most beloved and notorious bands of all time. Forming from Hollywood Rose and L.A. Guns, the classic GN'R lineup consists of Axl Rose, Slash, Izzy Stradlin, Duff McKagan and Steven Adler.
The band turned the Sunset Strip on its head during a time when hair metal bands had taken over the scene and rock and roll, in general. Simply put: Guns N' Roses was the kick-in-the-ass rock needed. That kick came in the form of their iconic debut album, 1987's Appetite for Destruction.
Selling over 30 million copies worldwide, Appetite remains the best-selling debut album of all time and one of the best-selling albums ever. The LP is an absolute must-own classic. From its singles to the album tracks, not a single song is a "skip." Just put this on, let it play and enjoy.

GN'R followed up Appetite with 1988's GN'R Lies. The album featured live cuts for their 1986 EP Live ?!*@ Like a Suicide and new songs, including the ballad "Patience."
After a long three years, Guns N' Roses released the double album Use Your Illusion I & II. Upon release, both albums were numbers one and two on the Billboard 200 album chart. (Use Your Illusion II was No. 1, and Use Your Illusion I was No. 2.) In total, the two LPs have sold over 14 million copies in the United States alone.
Two years later, GN'R released the 1993 covers album "The Spaghetti Incident?" In essence, this led to the band going on hiatus and exits from Slash and McKagan. A new version of GN'R would emerge at the 2002 MTV Video Music Awards, which led to speculation of the eventual released of the highly-anticipated new album Chinese Democracy. While the album's constant delay became a punchline of sorts, it was eventually released in 2008.
And then, the seemingly unthinkable happened: Slash and McKagan rejoined Guns N' Roses in 2015. With Rose, Slash and McKagan on board -- along with Dizzy Reed, Richard Fortus, Frank Ferrer and Melissa Reese -- GN'R embarked on the "Not in This Lifetime..." tour in 2016 and have been steadily touring ever since.
