Covid messed up Fantasy Fest for the last few years and if you were hoping that everything would go back to way it used to be, it is not. According to Keysweekly, officials are meeting tomorrow (6/21) to discuss the Fantasy Fest agreement. It looks like there will be a Masquerade March Friday evening, and the parade will take place on Saturday night. There will likely not be a street fair. The Duval Street business owners feel that if people are at the street fair, that's less time spent in their stores. There was a meeting last December which proposed "No nudity, no Fantasy Zone, fines for inappropriate body-painting and designated “family hours” during which inappropriate costumes are prohibited."
It will likely come down to enforcement outside of the family hours as to just how much will be allowed as to the costumes (and lack of). As for exactly what kind of Fantasy Fest we can expect from Key West this fall, things should become clearer after tomorrow's meeting.

Nothing beats the thrill of a great roller coaster, and according to this poll, 3 of the 10 best roller coasters in the country are here in Florida. You'll recall, some of the same readers voted Sea World as the number one amusement park in America, but Sea World's "Mako" coaster was not voted as the best coaster. Close, but that honor goes to a park in New Jersey. It must be tough to maintain a coaster in New Jersey, having to wipe all the oil off the seats after each ride. I've seen a lot of "Jersey Shore", I know how it is there. GTL
I grew up in Ohio, with Cedar Point and Kings Island both a big part of my childhood. So yeah, I was raised on "Corkscrew" and "The Beast", so I'm well versed in coasters. If I could afford it, I'd travel and hit every one of these rides.
A panel of experts made a list of the best coasters in the US, then the 10 best were determined by popular vote. To learn more, go here.
We're going POV on these rides so be ready - Here are, The 10 Best Roller Coasters of 2022 - Ranked
