Amish Buggy Driver Charged with DUI After Crashing Into a Cop Car

A man in Ohio was charged with DUI last week for operating an Amish buggy while intoxicated.He was passed out and going down the wrong side of the road.  The buggy even crashed INTO a deputy’s car, but no one was hurt.
