Florida cities remain hotter than ever.

By now, all of us have stories. We all know someone who has sold a home for a huge profit or recently bought a home and went into huge debt. It’s starting to feel like the increases will never end. The latest news about real estate prices across America would seem to contradict the trend in Florida, however. While most of the country is leveling off, two markets in Florida are among the highest performing. Orlando and Tampa both made large jumps in housing prices last month. Tampa real estate rose just over 5%, while Orlando property rose just under that number. The largest increases in America happened in Nashville, Tennessee and Indianapolis, Indiana. Surprisingly, Detroit is experiencing a boom in housing, too. Building is ramping up rapidly there after a decades-long exodus from the city. The drop in home sales across the nation has been blamed on interest rate hikes, which kept many first-time home buyers from getting their own place. Some buyers have settled for less desirable homes in an attempt to secure housing of any type. The best proerties still experience bidding wars and intense competition. Source:

Sean Roberts was conceived in the Corvette Assembly Plant in Bowling Green, Kentucky by two passionate, panel aligning, third shifters who had grown bored with the same ole same ole. Upon birth, he was placed in the trunk of a new Stingray and sent off to find his destiny. That destiny included several stints on radio stations across the United States. Some played punk country gospel, while others focused on Croatian death metal played backwards. After many years and many adventures, Sean wound up on The Shark, where he does shots of tequila while playing the most badass tunes ever created by humankind. He remains humble, however, never forgetting about the lean years...the street corners and dark alleys where he played songs on his car stereo for food and sex. He's on top and he's never gonna stop LIVING THE DREAM!
