Hockey Stick-Wielding Man on Rollerblades Arrested After Stealing Woman’s Hat

A mischievous Canadian was up to no good earlier this week when calls came into police reporting a man on rollerblades with a hockey stick acting erratically.
Reports of a man on rollerblades banging on trash cans with a hockey stick came in to police Victoria. More reports of the same man came in but this time he was banging on windows of businesses and causing a disturbance.
While officers were en route they received another call. This time the rollerblading man chased a woman down and stole her hat. She was not injured in the theft.
Officers were able to track the rollerblader down, even after he attempted to evade them. He was arrested and charged with theft.
