The beginning of the video has the man crouching down to setup the camera before dancing to a Frank Ocean song. While in the crouched position it appears that his penis may have slipped out of a hole in his pants.

In reality it was not his genitals it was actually just his belt. The end of his belt had come loose and was sticking out giving the optical illusion of his johnson flopping around.
