Why did a guy put up a huge billboard of himself?
A single man in London is using a very non-traditional way to try and find a wife.
He put up two huge billboards inside of subway platforms advertising himself in the hopes of finding a wife.
The 31-year-old, named Jeevan Bhachu, put up the billboards that feature an image of him in a pink suit that reads: “Best Indian you’ll takeaway” as well as the website URL to contact him.
He told local news outlets that since the COVID it’s been pretty hard to get yourself out there and meet new people so he wanted to try doing something more creative. So far he’s gotten about 50 applicants, he says, some of those seemed more genuine while some where not.
