The Florida Fish And Wildlife Conservation Commission just released a detailed report on what happened with the tiger on December 29th, 2021 at the Naples Zoo in Florida.
River Rosenquist decided to stick his arm in the cage to pet the Naples Zoo tiger named Eko. Eko was an 8-year-old Malayan tiger.
Eko attacked the man’s arm after he stuck it through the fence. Rosenquist suffered horrific injuries and unfortunately, Eko had to be shot and killed in order to save Rosenquist.
Rosenquist refused to give any statement and it was reported by nurses that he smelled of alcohol.
