St. Cloud, Fl- A Florida Highway Patrolman clocked a Black Charger with red and blue lights flashing driving along SR. 417 doing 86 MPH in 70 MPH zone.

So the officer got on the horn and checked to see if any units were responding to an incident in the area. As it turns out, no incidents were reported.

He caught up to the black charger and noticed that the lights had been turned off. So he conducted a traffic stop.

Inside the vehicle was 60-year-old Hector Manuel Bonet. He was dressed from head to toe in what appeared to be a deputy’s uniform. His uniform was complete with tactical boots, a vest, a utility belt with a gun and pepper spray, handcuffs, and a badge that looked similar to a real officer’s badge.

He denied that he was impersonating an officer, but was heading to work at the jewelry store.

He’s facing charges for impersonating an officer.
