Florida Man Caught With His Pants Down
A Florida man was arrested Saturday after he was caught with his pants down, literally, outside a woman’s home.
The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office said they received multiple reports of a man who was exposing himself to women. They were patrolling the area and noticed a man looking in the windows of one of the victims.
The Sheriff’s office said on social media that the suspect “had his pants down around his knees, and that his hands were occupied in front of him.”
That suspect was 37 year-old Francisco Javier Orozco Gutierrez, who when confronted by officers, told them he was just out to get some exercise.
WFTV reports that Gutierrez was arrested and now faces charges of exposure, voyeurism, stalking, loitering or prowling and possession of drug paraphernalia.
