What crazy way did a woman dislocate her jaw?!
A 34-year-old woman had to undergo five operations resulting in 12 screws in her face after ‘dislocating her jaw.’
The mother-of-one was diagnosed with TMJ, a disorder of the jaw muscles and nerves, that she claims was brought upon from trying to open her mouth to take a bit of a KFC Stack burger.
The woman claims she had no issues with her jaw or TMJ until having KFC and hearing a pop in jaw when stretching her mouth open trying to take a bite of a chicken sandwich topped with a hash brown. Ever since then she experience pain and the feeling of her jaw “locking and unlocking.”
She hopes fast-food restaurants reduce the size of their burgers to prevent future incidents like this.
