Florida Teacher Arrested On Drug Trafficking Charges
A Florida middle school teacher was arrested on multiple drug charges on Monday.
52-year-old Jeffrey Brake, a middle school teacher in Citrus County, was confronted by Citrus County Sheriff’s Office deputies when they served search warrants at his home and an RV on his property.
While there, they found a pipe that tested positive for meth in his pocket, along with other paraphernalia including needles and plastic baggies filled with various amounts of meth, heroin and fentanyl. They also found a scale and guns.
NBC2 reports that the teacher was arrested and faces multiple drug charges for trafficking fentanyl; owning, renting, or leasing a residence for the trafficking of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine and heroin with intent to distribute, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
