Man Refusing To Stop Vaping On Plane Arrested At RSW
A man from New York on board a Delta Flight at RSW was arrested after refusing to stop vaping on the plane.
Nicholas Saccone not only was vaping on the plane, but he was also drunk and flinging racist and homophobic slurs at flight attendants when they asked him to stop.
NBC2 reports that it didn’t end there. When police arrived to remove him from the plane, he starting throwing slurs at them too. Then he decided it would be a good idea to call 911 to speak to the officers’ supervisors. Well, that call got him arrested for misusing 911. Add to that some other charges, including disorderly intoxication in a public place.
