Here Come the Fireworks Injury Stories!
Two fireworks stories are already headlining the news: A bunch of kids set fireworks off in a store and a man was seriously injured while throwing fireworks from his truck!
A group of juveniles allegedly lit a fireworks display on fire inside of a retail store in Minnesota. The display went up in flames causing some of the fireworks to go off and filled the store with smoke. It actually caused the store to close for the day. Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire before it got too serious. The juveniles were located and arrested about a half mile away from the store. And a guy in Pennsylvania was seriously hurt while throwing fireworks from his truck. He apparently held onto one a little too long. We won’t go into detail, because it’s pretty grizzly . . . but it sounds like he might be left-handed now. It’s not clear if he’ll also face charges or not.
