Did cops let women twerk on their squad car?
In Chicago, three women were recorded having a little twerk session on a moving police vehicle.
Now, the top brass are asking questions as to how these women could end up on the car’s hood, windshield, and roof, totally unchecked, while a crowd walked alongside the car taking pictures and video.
