Driver caught on video driving down expressway with car hood blocking windshield
A woman was caught on camera driving down the interstate in Milwaukee with her hood up, blocking her windshield.
A driver caught the woman on camera driving dangerously for several miles with a limited view of the road and to make things even crazier she was also distracted by her phone! With all these distractions the woman was still able to drive down the expressway, change lanes, and operate her cell phone.
