A 77-year-old woman in Wildwood, FL is facing a felony battery charge after police say she threw a burger at a Burger King employee before slinging racial slurs her way.
The police report states that Judith Ann Black was upset about the thickness of the tomato on her sandwich and confronted the employee at the counter, throwing the burger at her.
