Florida Man Caught Kissing Mistress Gets Violent When Wife Asks For Divorce
A man in Naples was arrested after he allegedly got violent after his wife found him kissing another woman on Tuesday, officials said.
Collier County Sheriff’s deputies were called to a home after reports of a battery. When they got there, they saw 49 year old Noel Fernandez sweaty and shirtless in the front yard, hitting himself in the chest with bloody hands.
According to the arrest report, Fernandez’s wife told police that she woke up in the middle of the night and noticed he wasn’t in bed. She went outside to look for him and found him on the front patio kissing another woman.
NBC2 said she then asked Fernandez for a divorce, which caused him to get aggressive, shoving her to the ground and trying to fight with other family members who were at the house. He also punched and shattered a dining room window.
Fernandez was arrested and charged with battery.
