Custom and Border Protection officials said a beachgoer stumbled upon 65 pounds of packaged cocaine that had washed ashore in Palm Beach County, Florida over the weekend. It was worth an estimated $1.5 million.

The cocaine was turned over to authorities and a full investigation is underway.
