Florida woman injured by turtle crashing through her windshield!
This is like some real life Mario Kart action! A 71-year-old woman only suffered a small cut on her face after a turtle smashed through her windshield on the highway, hitting her in the head. Check out the 911 call from the incident below, the call starts around the 1:00 mark.
The driver didn’t see the turtle until it was in the air propelling toward the windshield. Police think the animal was thrown into the air by a nearby vehicle. The turtle miraculously survived according to a Facebook comment from a firefighter who was at the scene.
