Police in Vancouver are looking for help in identifying a man that damaged a piece of artwork on display at the Vancouver Art Gallery in February.
A video shows the man police seek damaging artwork by popping bubbles of the bubble wrap used in the artwork. The damage to the artwork could cost $5,500 to $6,500 to repair.
