Avenged Sevenfold continue to work on new music and recently shared some video featuring a tease of what fans can expect.

The band shared the video below via Instagram Live, which a fan captured and uploaded to YouTube. In the clip, drummer Brooks Wackerman can be seen recording a drum track while conversing with his bandmates. Towards the end of the 4:32 clip, fans can hear a brief instrumental preview of new music before M. Shadows appears on screen to stop the recording.

A7X's last studio album came in 2016 with The Stage, which was dropped as a surprise release. The band has kept a relatively low profile the last couple of years. In the summer of 2018, A7X was slated for a co-headlining tour with Prophets of Rage but the tour was scrapped due to M. Shadows dealing with vocal cord issues.
